Deposits
Once you have placed your order, I will confirm back to you the total cost.
Orders with a value under £100 (excluding postage & packing) require full payment before work commences on the order.
Orders with a value over £100 (excluding postage & packing) require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to be paid before work commences on the order. The remaining 50% to be paid at least 10 days prior to dispatch of the order.
Orders cannot commence without your signed order form and payment of the appropriate deposit.. Goods will only be dispatched after receipt and clearance of full payment (including postage & packing).
 
 
Products
Although I undertake to ensure that the general design of each item is the same, the client accepts that slight variations will occur as each item is handmade.
Occasionally suppliers & manufacturers will change the specifications and availability of certain materials without notice. Therefore, I highly recommend that your order includes all your stationery requirements to allow continuity of design.
It is also recommended that you order a sufficient number of 'spares' to allow for extra guests, mistakes, keepsakes etc. Although this is recommended, there will be no refunds available for such excess orders.
I have made every attempt to represent the products as accurately as possible and any images published are for illustrative purposes only. Colour reproduction is as accurate as possible via the various mediums.
The client can be certain that the proof is an accurate representation of the final product.
Although prices are subject to change without notice, any price increase will not affect any orders that have been confirmed.

 Proofs
Proof-reading is the sole responsibility of the client. I cannot be held responsible for any errors that go unnoticed after proofs have been approved. However, if I am given notice of an error before final production has begun, it may be possible to correct it. Please notify me as soon as possible.
If any changes are made to an order where production has already taken place, there will be additional charges.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure they supply the correct spelling of guests' names, venue details etc. To avoid any misunderstanding, the client should send typed lists of names etc by email or post as corrections for incorrectly spelt details (unless the fault is mine) will incur additional charges.
In the unlikely event of an error being made, please notify me immediately to allow me to rectify the problem.
The client agrees to notify me immediately of any changes to names, dates, addresses etc. I will endeavour to make any changes free of charge if production is not already in progress.
 
 
 
Delivery
Delivery is usually by Royal Mail Special Delivery although other carriers may used. Whilst every care is taken when packaging the order, I cannot be held liable for damage or loss incurred in transit.
Copyright
All artwork and designs are copyright of Pam Scott.
Gaining copyright permission for printed reproduction of any material, poems, hymns, songs etc is the sole responsibility of the client. The client indemnifies Pam Scott against any action brought for breach of a third party's copyright.
 Although Bespoke Designs are exclusive to the client for the wedding day, Pam Scott retains the copyright & may use the design again after the client’s wedding.
Cancellation
Should an order be cancelled (for any reason) all payments already made are non-refundable. If an order is cancelled after production has commenced and the work in progress has incurred costs in excess of the deposit(s) paid, there will be an additional charge for the work produced to date.
If an order is partially cancelled, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover the cost of materials and/or work in progress to date on the cancelled portion of the order.
